  • Game starts in a bit! Hold on as I try to find a decent spot near the court :)
  • The last time Ateneo and La Salle faced off in the Final Four was in 2007. A year after in 2008, they squared off in the Finals.
  • The Blue Eagles and the Green Archers enter the playing court. Crowd goes wild! Here we go folks, Ateneo vs La Salle in the Final Four to begin in a little bit.
  • Deafening: "Beat Ateneo, Animo La Salle! Ateneo crowd "counters" with their "WALA" placards. Classic Ateneo-La Salle right there.
  • And we're about to begin! Hold on to your horses, folks. This is going to be a wild game.
  • Starting for the Green Archers: Tomas Torres, Tampus, Van Opstal, Teng, Norbert Torres
  • For the Blue Eagles: Tiongson, Slaughter, Ravena, Buenafe, Salva
  • Ateneo!
  • Buenafe finger roll doesn't go in.

  • Van Opstal shoots, but it doesn't go in. Ateneo ball.
  • Rookie Jeron Teng scores on a floater! La Salle down 2 pts.
  • Ravena basket! Ateneo up 4 pts.
  • Teng basket! Ateneo 6, La Salle 4
  • La Salle now with the chance to tie or take the lead.
  • And they do thanks to a Teng basket! 6 all, 7:12 left in the first.
  • Salva jumper is good! Ateneo up 2pts.
  • Score: DLSU 6, ADMU 8. 6:45 left in the first.
  • Teng for 3!

  • Sorry for the break there--had to shuffle around to get a spot. We're back!

  • Slaughter double teamed by Van Opstal and Mendoza--he turns the ball over.

  • La Salle runs out of time on that play. Ateneo with the ball.
  • Salva's jumpshot bounces in. 12 all!

  • 3 shot by Revilla doesn't go in.

  • He misses the first one.
  • And the second one, but Chua gets the ball back for Ateneo.
