From Ayee Macaraig in Masbate: Butch Robredo, brother of Sec Jesse Robredo, doesn't speek to media but looks distraught. Earlier, he rode a boat to help deliver food to rescuers. He has a problem seeing, a hereditary problem in their family.
Lavadia, who is also a councilor in Naga, says Robredo's wife Leni has opted to stay in Naga and will only go to Masbate once there's good news. (via Ayee Macaraig)

Vigil for rescue of Sec Robredo resumes at 3pm at La Salle Greenhills, with a Mass scheduled at 5pm. Both will be open to the public. (via @pcdspo)
