So once Siemen was penalized by World Bank, it worked to change its culture and spread anti-corruption practices. #2ndIntegritySummit
Chan: "It seems unlikely that any individual activity alone can bring abt significant change. This is why collective action bec important!"
Chan: Need to create alliance against corruption. Starts with education then moves to collective measures and actions.
